The “25,000-ton-per-year Liquid Carbon Dioxide Project” received environmental protection approval on October 17, 2007, with approval document number Yu (Tong) Huan Zhun [2007] No. 103; on August 28, 2008, it obtained the “Environmental Protection Approval for Trial Production of Chongqing Municipal Construction Projects,” with approval document number Yu (Tong) Huan Shi [2008] No. 28; and on February 20, 2009, it received the “Opinion on Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion,” with approval document number Yu (Tong) Huan Yan [2009] No. 1.
