The methods for determining the qualification of steel cylinders include checking the factory stamp markings and verifying the inspection date on the cylinder inspection mark (inspection mark ring). 1. Checking the Inspection Date on the Cylinder Inspection Mark (Inspection Mark Ring): Cylinders that have undergone inspection bear an inspection mark ring below the cylinder valve. According to standard requirements, 50 kg cylinders must be inspected every 3 years, while other cylinders must be inspected every 4 years. 2. Checking the Factory Stamp Markings: At the time of manufacture, each cylinder bears a stamp marking indicating its date of manufacture either on the valve guard or on the cylinder body itself. For newly manufactured cylinders, if a 50 kg cylinder has been in use for less than 3 years or another cylinder has been in use for less than 4 years from the date of manufacture, it will not have an inspection mark ring.
