Caring deeply about the well-being of frontline workers and showing genuine concern for employees on the ground—Chairman Huang visits and comforts frontline staff at enterprises in Fuling.

On May 1, 2022, coinciding with the International “May Day” Labor Festival, Chairman Huang Jiadou and his delegation drove to the Baitao Industrial Park in Fuling to visit employees at three subsidiaries—Tonghui Kefa, Tonghui Tianyou, and Tonghui Kesheng—who were diligently staying at their posts.
Chairman Huang extended festive greetings to the employees who have been working tirelessly on the front lines during the holiday period, presenting them with gifts and monetary condolences. He expressed gratitude for their hard work and dedication to Tonghui, and encouraged them to carry forward their spirit of resilience—never shying away from hardship or fatigue—in order to overcome challenges and complete their tasks with high quality and efficiency. The employees felt deeply warmed and greatly inspired by Chairman Huang’s gesture. Accompanied by leaders from various companies, the Chairman inspected the production sites of Tonghui Kefa and Tonghui Tianyou, as well as the construction site of Tonghui Kesheng.
Upon visiting Tonghui Kesheng, Chairman Huang showed great concern for the project’s construction progress and gave high praise to the ongoing work. At the same time, he urged the project team members to uphold a spirit of hard work and perseverance, demonstrating the courage to take on tough challenges and the ability to achieve victory, thereby ensuring top-notch construction quality and enabling the plant to start production as soon as possible. Wherever he went, the Chairman emphasized that the Kesheng project team should always keep the employees’ well-being in mind, create a positive working environment, and pay close attention to their daily lives in order to foster a productive workplace. Everyone expressed their commitment to continuing to embrace the spirit of hard work, staying dedicated to their respective roles, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and meets the highest quality standards.
