Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves, Steadfastly Pursuing Our Dreams: Tonghui Gas Successfully Held Its 2021 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony.

With a mighty roar of the tiger, the ox strides confidently across the fertile fields. From January 28 to 29, 2022, Tonghui Company held its 2021 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony in grand style at its headquarters in Tongnan. Leading executives from various companies located in Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Kaiyang, Yunnan, Chengdu, and Chongqing—as well as sales teams, advanced collectives, and outstanding individuals—attended this year’s gala event. The conference featured four key agenda items: first, a summary of the company’s performance for 2021; second, the recognition of outstanding contributors for 2021; third, a strategic development meeting for the company; and fourth, integrity education and comprehensive quality training.
At the summary meeting, leaders from various companies conducted a thorough analysis and summary of the 2021 economic indicators and the completion status of work tasks, as well as highlighted achievements and identified areas for improvement. They also made arrangements and deployments for next year’s work.
At the commendation ceremony, Cai Yannan, Chairman of the company’s trade union and Assistant to the General Manager, read out the list of winners along with their respective reasons for being recognized. Mr. Huang Jiadou, Chairman of the Board, personally presented awards to the outstanding teams and individuals, offering them his congratulations and encouragement. Chen Jing, an exemplary middle-level manager; Liao Hongkang, a sales star; and Fan Ming, an outstanding company leader, delivered speeches as representatives of the advanced individuals.
At the meeting, Mr. Shi Hongbing, Director of the Strategic Development Committee, outlined a clear development path for the company’s future and also pointed out the current challenges facing the enterprise along with their corresponding solutions. Finally, Chairman Huang Jiadou delivered an important speech, guiding everyone to reflect on the past, look forward to the future, and set forth the 2022 work objectives as well as the three-year development plan for the coming years. He urged everyone to pull together, pool their strengths, and strive diligently to achieve the goals set for the next three-year period.
During the dinner, the interspersed raffle drew the annual meeting to a thrilling climax, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere for everyone as they welcomed the New Year and inspiring them to strive even harder in the coming year.
